An XML file is not a readable invoice view.

German businesses have needed to receive e-invoices since 2025. Yet an XML file is not something you can skim like a letter. Klarbeleg turns structured data into an invoice view and reviews selected fields, formats and totals.

For ZUGFeRD and Factur-X, the embedded XML is extracted from the PDF. The visible PDF is not checked. Keep your original file: this view and the CSV export replace neither the invoice nor proper record retention.

For accounting teams

Batch review for accountants & bookkeepers — planned

Many invoices, the same review routine. We want to know whether a combined review and a clear issue report would help your team. Register for updates on the planned batch tool.

When registration is active, Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form against abuse. It processes technical connection and browser data, not invoice data.

Local registration diagnostics
